Across multiple operating sites, deliver improvements to packaging plant performance with a particular focus on waste and efficiency. Using your highly developed engineering and analytical skills you’ll provide trouble shooting advice and process optimisation support to site teams. Working collaboratively with production teams, influence and engage stakeholders to lead a culture of continuous improvement.
Your experience in a high speed packaging environments will see you thrive in this role. With beverage packaging experience use your commitment to continuous improvement to solve complex production issues. Resilient and tenacious, you build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders with ease, enabling you to win approval for your groundbreaking ideas.
